Hayley Spira-Bauer

Hayley began her career in education immediately after graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 through an alternative certification program called Teach for America. She obtained her Master's degree in 2008 from Pace University. During her time in the Corps, Hayley taught for two years in the South Bronx at a public school, and then transitioned to a charter school, Harlem Village Academies, located in Harlem, New York where she spent most of her education career. While there, Hayley served many roles including Teacher, Dean of Students and Academic Director. She was also fortunate to have the opportunity to found one of the Harlem network's schools. Hayley is proud to be a part of the iTutor team as the Director of Academics overseeing all education services and Educators in order to ensure high-quality instruction on behalf of every student iTutor serves.

Brooke is iTutor's Senior Education Director for Program Placement and Implementation, where she coordinates and effectuates iTutor's K-12 programs throughout New York State. Brooke began her career in education technology by developing transparent and trustworthy relationships with local school districts in Westchester county, and neighboring BOCES. She quickly created new streamlined contracts that outlined the pedagogical responsibilities of iTutor's State-certified teachers, allowing for transparency with iTutor's district partners. Furthermore, she and her team persevered and secured a state-wide contract between iTutor and Erie 1 BOCES. At iTutor, Brooke leads a team of Educational Directors responsible for the company's New York State school partnerships. As a passionate business development professional, she has created a cohesive team who advocates for student success above anything else.
